Fern Curry Soup

Ingredients:
a. 5 tied a young fern, dried briefly
b. 1 coconut
c. fresh anchovies to taste
d. lemon basil to taste
Mashed spices:
a. 10 red chillies
b. 6 pieces of red onion
c. 3 cloves garlic
d. 3 tablespoons chili finely
e. 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
f. turmeric 2 bay leaves
g. salt, sugar and tamarind
h. seasonings or MSG to taste

How to make:
- Coconut grated 1/2 parts, a half roasted as if making poyah, then mashed. Theother half was made coconut milk 4 cups medium.
- All the ingredients except the turmeric leaf, lemon grass, tamarind, crushed.Boiled milk and enter the spice, toasted coconut and basil leaves.
- After boiling fern that has been sliced off a small length of 3 cm and anchovies,stir until blended.
- Cook until soft and oily coconut milk. Pick up and ready to serve.
